    It was fun stuff. JJ wasn't in attendance since he is recovering from pneumonia. I especially liked the chassis that Dave brought. He had a really clever one for climbing stairs in the Firefighting Challenge made out of a cheap RC car.

Who attended?

    • “ Thanks to Jesse for showing the latest addition to his tracked tele-presence robot and to Dave for bringing a couple of tank-steering vehicle bases based on Roomba wheels and an R/C car body. ”
    • “ Dave, JJ, Stan, Tim & son met this evening. JJ had a track mounted unit with a IR collision avoidance control, Dave had a chassis from a "Rhumba" vac. and a second larger uint. Discussion regarding stair climbing and stability in up and down steps. Everyone seemed to enjoy the evening although the main spring was missing from the mechanism. :-) s/Stan ”
