We also assemble and share stories, projects, accessories and other activities to help promote our fascination. You should join if you are just interested in robots even if you don't actually own one yet. But if you own a robot from a Sony Aibo to a Roomba--come and enjoy the camaraderie of others.

I'm starting this group so that people who love to try new technology (software, etc) can combine resources and more quickly gain access to new tools. The idea is that everyone will pick some software or platform of interest and spend a little time installing it and playing. Then when we meet we can describe how useful the technology is. Anyone who loves to play with technology should join.
